Warranty of Products
All
commercial equipment manufactured by American Merchandiser
Systems is warranted against defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of One Year from
the date of original installation or 18 Months
from the date of shipment from our factory, whichever
comes first, and is for the benefit of the original
purchaser only, except that;
A. With respect to cold/refrigerated products, warranty
labor is limited to 90 days after the installation.
Extended Warranty for labor and compressor is available
at time of sale. Contact factory sales department
for details.
B. This warranty does not cover installation, normal
maintenance, failures caused by erratic voltages,
remote refrigeration systems, broken glass, heat lamp
bulbs, and stainless steel, painted, solid surface
or laminated finishes.
THIS
WARRANTY IS LIMITED AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
THE FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO PERSON
IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE
DESCRIBED HEREIN, OR TO EXTEND THE DURATION OF ANY
WARRANTIES BEYOND THE TIME PERIOD HEREIN.
This
warranty is void and will not apply, and Ameridiser
will have no obligation if it is determined, upon
inspection by an authorized service agency; the equipment
has been accidentally or intentionally damaged, misused,
modified, improperly installed or damages incurred
in transit, by fire, flood or an act of God. It also
does not apply if the serial nameplate has been removed
or service is performed by unauthorized personnel.
The prices charged by Ameridiser for its products
are based upon the limitations of this warranty. Seller's
obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair
of defects without charge by an Ameridiser factory
authorized service agency or one of its sub service
agencies.
This
warranty is valid in the United States and Void elsewhere.
